Hi, my name is lee Johnson, I am part of the 365 community. I am currently taking part in the 365 consecutive sea swim challenge one of many challenges that the 365 runs throughout the year. I cannot thank Chris and Rob enough for convincing me to take part in this challenge as it has helped me so much. I will not lie to you I was in a bad place a few years ago. The Loss of my dad and the breakup in my marriage, I totally lost who I was, where I was going in life, I could not recognise myself. This challenge has changed me, or should I say brought me back to someone I remember a long time ago. It is not just the cold water that has made me feel this good inside, it is all the other parts that come with it. The sense of community spirit, meeting new people knowing that we are together as a group as a family. And I am so proud to be a part of it and watching the 365 grow. Every day is a mini adventure now.
